By accessing or using Advertisng, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Advertisng is an ad intelligence platform that provides competitor ad research, AI-powered creative tools, and campaign management capabilities. The platform operates on a credit-based usage model.

3. Account Access

Access to Advertisng is currently invite-only. To request access, join the waitlist and await approval. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased in packs and consumed as you use platform features.
Credits do not expire once purchased.
Credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Pricing for credit packs is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated from time to time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically extract data from the platform beyond normal usage.
Share account credentials or transfer credits between accounts without authorization.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when creating an account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Advertisng platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Advertisng. Ad data displayed on the platform is publicly available information aggregated for research purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Advertisng is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
